I am a  design researcher. 
I love standing in the users’ shoes and asking the right questions until finding core insight that is the job customers need to get done.

What I do

Conducting ethnographic research along with quantitative analysis, create meaning for customer typologies and help clients reshape marketing strategy for the primary user group.

Developing new proposition of the products. Identifying the opportunity gap between the lead user group and products.

Collaboratively working with the multi-discipline team, delivering actionable recommendations. Testing prototypes in all product development process.
